After years of maintaining an older cottage, our clients had a very clear idea of what they wanted – and didn't want – in their new, 'dream design' cottage. The resulting home has ten bedrooms, with plenty of space for children, grandchildren and dogs. But it also has a self-contained suite, which is perfect when the couple wants to use the property in winter.

The clients travel extensively and were on site very little during the build. When it came to choosing the finishes, their instructions were simple: "Just finish it the way you would if it was your own house." We think the results speak for themselves.
