Originally there was a family owned cottage on the property that the owners wanted to renovate. One of the main priorities in the renovation was to incorporate lofted ceilings, however, the structure of the cottage would not easily accommodate that, and in fact the structure itself was drastically deteriorating.

With these factors in mind, the owners decided to tear down the existing cottage and start with a clean slate. This way they were able to incorporate all of their wishes into their stunning new "dream cottage". From the radiantly heated floors to the barn board accents throughout, it truly is a beautiful custom home to call their own.
